Mountain View Cohousing

We are very excited to be working with the Mountain View Cohousing Community, a 19-unit cohousing project in the San Francisco Bay Area. The cohousing is now nearing the end of the design review process and ready to move to the next step.

The cohousing is an important infill solution, making neighborhoods like Mountain View more pedestrian and bike friendly. The cohousing site is six blocks from downtown services on Castro Street including restaurants, shops, the performing arts center and much more, and is near to several public transportation options. The future Mountain View Cohousing residents are building a project that is sensitive to the area, sensitive to the climate, the town and each other.
