Bellingham Cohousing Community

A cohousing community of 33 condominiums with a 4,800 sf common house located on a 5-acre site.

By clustering the units, we kept half of the site open as wetlands and fields.

A small farmhouse at the center of the site was expanded for use as the common house.

Many ecological/sustainable design features were incorporated.
