A 2.8 acre site has been purchased on Alluvial Avenue between Chestnut and Willow Avenues, located near an elementary school and a short walk from a park and retail areas. The project has been designed for 28 homes, with a strong emphasis on environmental sensitivity. Plans are currently under review in the City Planning Department, and we expect to complete construction by the end of 2008.

The project includes extensive common facilities such as children's play areas, a workshop, a pool, spa and exercise facility, guest room, and a dinner area for dinners and events. Three home sizes are planned: 2-bedroom, 1¾-bath flats; 3-bedroom, 2½-bath townhouses; and 4-bedroom, 2¾-bath townhouses. Prices are projected to range from the mid $300,000's to the mid $400,000's.
