Provided programming and design for a 4,200 sf common house for a 30-unit community.

The community is rich, and the Common House is the hub.  If you walk through Grey Rock Commons you see a neighborhood unlike many others; kids playing, parents relaxing, older people hanging out with their neighbors for extended periods of time.  It feels civilized.
