A mixed-use community designed on a 3.5 acre site in San Juan Bautista, a short walk from the Mission San Juan Bautista and the historic town center.

Artists’ live/work studios, a bed-and-breakfast inn, a wine-tasting cooperative, a town information center, and a carefully renovated historic house front the Plaza and Muckelemi Street, a prominent street that leads downtown.

Silver Arts Cohousing, a 25-unit senior community, sits behind the Plaza, with a large Common house and cottages surrounding the common green space. Cohousing will fill the need in this small rural town for a neighborhood where its seniors can age in town with a high quality of life.
