A cohousing community of 25 townhouses with a 3,000-square-foot common house located in a historic district of downtown Sacramento.

Restoring and incorporating an existing Victorian duplex on the site, the project helped revitalize an urban neighborhood while striving to work with and include its current residents.

The design is strengthened by porches and street facades.

The intergenerational community includes a diversity of incomes and household types.

Project received a "Gold Nugget Judges' Special Award" from the Pacific Coast Builders' Conference.
