This 30-unit cohousing community is focused on reducing its environmental footprint, which is especially significant given its location in the overwhelming vastness of Sacramento’s urban sprawl. Much of what residents need is provided on site in the 3,800 sf common facilities. Downtown Fair Oaks as well as an extensive park and bike path system are within a mile. MDA provided full architectural services. Completed 2020.
